Q: What are your business hours?
A: Daily 6:00am to 10:00pm*
* Pickups after 10:00pm/drop-offs before 6am will be charged a rate of $15/hr.
Q: Can I bring my pet’s personal bedding?
A: Yes, you may bring your pet’s blanket or bedding. Please keep in mind that we cannot be responsible in any way for damages to bedding or any strange smells that you may take home with the bed after it has stayed with your pet while boarding.
Q: Are your hours the same on weekends and holidays?
A: Yes, we are always open from 6am-10:00pm, weekends and holidays included. If you need to pick up or drop off beyond those hours, we will gladly accommodate you with an appointment and a small appointment fee.
Q: Can I bring toys and treats for my pet?
A: Yes, we encourage you to bring toys and treats for your pet.
Q: Do I need to bring my pet’s own food?
A: Most dogs do much better when kept on a consistent diet by eating food brought in from home. We will also feed a younger dog 3 meals a day if necessary and can accommodate special dietary needs. If you do bring in your dog’s food, please try to bring in as much as they will need for their stay. For example, a 7 pound Maltese will not need to have a 15 pound bag of food brought in for a 3 day stay. Our house food is always another option for just $2 additional per day.
Q: Is the kennel heated and air conditioned?
A: Yes, we keep the kennel very comfortable for the animals at all times.
Q: Will you administer medications for my pet?
A: Yes, we can administer pills, ointments, eye drops and ear drops. We are happy to do this for no additional charge. Please bring in the medicine in its original container from your pet’s vet. Sorry, but we cannot do injectibles or IV’s.
Q: Do I need to make a reservation?
A: Absolutely. We cannot accept walk in’s, and please remember to make your reservations far in advance for the summer season and for holidays. If making a change to or canceling a reservation, please be sure to phone us in advance. Credit card deposits may be required if making reservations for any holiday.
Q: I have two or more dogs. Can they stay together?
A: Yes, our runs are large enough to accommodate any sized dog. As long as your dogs get along together, they may share the same run and we will select the run size best suited for your dog or dogs.
